A name that means a bank robbery to the Mounties. With a lifelong desire to be the man they didn't get, Snidely began his career as the "before" picture in personal hygiene commercials. Aided by his musical band of villains, the Disloyal Canadians, Whiplash has gone on to plumb the depths of rotten.
